Bill Graves

William Graves is a Cost Segregation Construction Consultant with Cost Segregation Partners.  His background includes several years in project management, sales, cost estimating, and project take offs.  He is familiar with all phases of construction, site work through finishing work, including utilities and preparation for occupancy.

Mr. Graves’ professional experience includes being a self-employed landscape and construction worker.  Commercial and residential remodeling companies and supply distributors have employed him.  This work has led Mr. Graves’ to obtain estimating, project management, and supervision experience.  His areas of expertise include blueprint reading, job take offs, and cost estimating.

Mr. Graves has taken course work in project management, computer programming, utilizing estimating software, and business management.  He is proficient in all of these areas.
