Mr. Sirro is a Principal and Business Development Executive at Cost Segregation Partners. He has nearly 30 years of experience in complex selling environments, including the commercial real estate sector, where he has significant experience helping companies that have constructed, purchased, expanded or remodeled real estate to increase their cash flows by accelerating depreciation-related tax deductions. Mr. Sirro brings an incredible wealth of knowledge and wisdom to Cost Segregation Partners having helped profitably grow several of the largest management consulting firms, both national and international in scope.
Prior to joining Cost Segregation Partners in 2009, Mr. Sirro was Executive Vice President for a national Cost Segregation firm growing revenue, profitability and national presence. He was Vice President of Sales and Business Development Executive for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he spent nearly 19 years responsible for leading edge business solutions designed to drive increased value, greater revenues and higher earnings to the Fortune 500, and subsequently Principal for Boston based Keane Consulting. Mr. Sirro brings over 30 years experience in management consulting, providing a portfolio of enterprise solutions increasing shareholder value, driving revenues, earnings and profitability to major industry verticals.
Mr. Sirro holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences from City University of New York, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences from Queens College, CUNY. Mr. Sirro is a published author with the McGraw Hill Computer Sciences Series, has been a guest of CNN’s Moneyline with Lou Dobbs and has been a keynote speaker for numerous public and private sector functions.
