Dan Cortese

Daniel Cortese is a Construction Consultant with Cost segregation Partners. Mr. Cortese’s background includes over 20 years experience in residential and commercial construction. He has a diversified background in cost estimating, design work, sales, and project management of all types of construction projects.

Mr. Cortese’s past professional experience has been with residential new built home builders, residential and commercial remodeling firms. His areas of expertise include cost estimating, blueprint reading and plan takeoffs, as well as in computer estimating and CAD design programs. Mr. Cortese’s education includes a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management from Daemen College, Amherst, New York. He is also a certified member of the American Concrete Association.
