Jennifer Birkemeier, CPA Manager

Ms. Birkemeier is the Manager of Cost Segregation Services for Cost Segregation Partners.  With 7 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Birkemeier has specialized in real estate and partnership taxation.  Her expertise in cost segregation studies encompasses industries such as retail, fast food and restaurants, health care, manufacturing, shopping centers/strip plazas, and apartment complexes.

Ms. Birkemeier has a broad background in tax reporting including individual, non-profit, fiduciary and corporate taxation.  She received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Canisius College.  Ms. Birkemeier has completed the Graduate Tax Certificate Program at the University of New York at Buffalo. 

Ms. Birkemeier is a member of The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and The Buffalo Chapter of the American Society of Women Accountants.  In addition, she serves as Region West Director for the New York State Junior Chamber of Commerce.
