Joseph S. Ujvari is a Construction Consultant with Cost Segregation Partners. He provides analysis of sites and facilities to locate and quantify all building and process equipment assets within them. His duties include in depth analysis of blueprints, site plans, surveys, specifications and process systems to determine asset costs required by tax specialists in assigning their classification. 

Mr. Ujvari has more than 30 years experience in specialized industrial equipment manufacturing as a project manager, where he was responsible for equipment and facilities design, installation, and procurement.  As a project manager, engineer and estimator for Bethlehem Steel Corporation and APV Incorporated, he supervised the design and installation of equipment relating to the oil and gas, power generation, automobile, and chemical processing industries.   In association with these process design responsibilities, he also provided technical guidance in physical plant layout, including electrical, plumbing and other supporting systems. He served as project manager on multi-million dollar industrial equipment installation projects involving plant expansions and new facilities construction.  

Mr. Ujvari joined Cost Segregation Partners in 2005 and has worked in cost segregation since 2003.  He has prepared studies for new construction projects relating to nursing homes, office buildings, apartment complexes, manufacturing facilities, retail stores and other types of facilities. Mr. Ujvari has an Associates Degree in Construction Technology from Erie Community College and a BS in Industrial Technology from Buffalo State College.
